SMS Policy & Consent

This SMS Policy explains how Primo Car Wash (“Primo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends text (SMS/MMS) messages to customers and members. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program description
Primo Car Wash operates an SMS program to send account and service messages to our members and customers. Messages may include:
- Membership account notifications (sign-up confirmation, billing reminders, payment failures, plan changes, cancellations)
- Service alerts (tunnel closures, weather closures, maintenance, hours changes)
- Occasional promotional offers, discounts, and new-service announcements
- Responses to inquiries you initiate by text
2. How to opt in
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Primo Car Wash by:
- Checking the SMS consent box during online checkout for a membership or single wash and providing your mobile number;
- Texting a keyword (such as JOIN) to our number; or
- Providing your mobile number on a written membership form at our location and authorizing SMS contact.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Primo Car Wash. You can buy a wash or membership without opting in to SMS.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You should expect approximately 2–8 messages per month, depending on your membership status, account activity, and time of year. Service alerts are sent only as needed.
4. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Primo Car Wash does not charge you to receive messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further marketing SMS messages from us after that.
To rejoin later, opt in again through any of the methods listed in Section 2.

7. Supported carriers
Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile USA. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We use the mobile number you provide solely to send the messages described in this policy and to support your Primo Car Wash account. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your number with service providers that help us deliver text messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform), and only for that purpose.

9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the SMS program or our website before they take effect. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
