Terms of Service

Welcome to Primo Car Wash. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of car wash services, memberships, and related offerings provided by Primo Car Wash LLC (“Primo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 5807 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407. By purchasing a membership or single wash from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Primo Car Wash offers automatic tunnel car washes, self-service wash bays, vacuum stations, and unlimited-wash monthly memberships at our Fredericksburg, Virginia location. Service availability, hours, and equipment may change due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons.
2. Memberships
Auto-renewal & billing
Monthly memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions. By signing up, you authorize Primo Car Wash to charge your payment method on file the monthly membership fee until you cancel. Your billing date is the date you signed up, and we will charge you on or around that date each month.
Plan details
Each membership tier (Choice, Deluxe, Ultimate) allows unlimited single-vehicle washes during operating hours at the wash level you purchased. Memberships are tied to a single specific vehicle identified at sign-up via license plate and/or RFID tag. Membership benefits are non-transferable between vehicles or people.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime through the customer portal at billing.stripe.com, by email to john@primocarwash.com, or by phone at 540-412-6397. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access until that date and will not be billed again. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Price changes
We may change membership prices from time to time. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. Continued membership after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
3. Single washes & wash bundles
Single washes and wash bundles purchased online are one-time charges. Single washes must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase. Wash bundles and prepaid washes expire one year from purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused washes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com/privacy). You agree to provide accurate billing information. If a charge fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), your membership may be paused or terminated. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
Membership fees and single-wash purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at john@primocarwash.com and we will review your request in good faith.
6. Use of the wash & vehicle condition
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in safe and proper condition before entering the tunnel. This includes:
- Closing all windows, sunroofs, and the trunk
- Retracting antennas and removing or securing loose items (bike racks, ski racks, magnets, flags, license plate frames, etc.)
- Disclosing any pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, or vehicle defects to staff
- Following all posted signage and staff instructions
Primo Car Wash is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, aftermarket parts, loose or hanging items, factory or aftermarket defects, or failure to follow posted instructions. Claims for damage must be reported to staff on-site before leaving the property.
7. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use a membership for a vehicle other than the one registered
- Share, sell, or transfer membership benefits
- Use the property for commercial photography or filming without permission
- Wash commercial fleet vehicles under a personal membership
- Engage in conduct that endangers other customers, staff, or equipment
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any membership for violation of these Terms without refund.
8. SMS messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you SMS messages related to your account, service alerts, and promotions. Our SMS practices are described in our SMS Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
9. Privacy
We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, vehicle and license-plate information, payment information) to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers (such as Stripe for payments and our SMS platform) and as required by law. Contact us at john@primocarwash.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is”without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primo Car Wash’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through email, SMS (if opted in), or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
